Navy beans, also known as Haricot Beans, originated in Italy and have been prized for their smooth, dense texture and mild, nutty flavor.

A nutrition powerhouse, 1 cup serving delivers approximately 15 g Protein at a fraction the cost of meat protein. Navy beans are an excellent source of dietary fiber and a very good source of both folate and manganese. They are also a good source of vitamin B12 and many minerals including phosphorus, magnesium, and iron.



Pureed as a dip and spread, a thickener for soups, a protein booster for a variety of foods including smoothies where the mild flavour and smooth/rich texture is well suited to the desired finished product.
