Fort Garry Brewing Company, Winnipeg, Manitoba has just released their first Saskatoon Berry beer with Prairie Garden Saskatoon Berry Puree driving the flavor.
Canadian Prairie Garden believes in keeping it pure and simple. Each of our products is just one ingredient with no additives or preservatives.
Raw ingredients for our purees are sourced primarily from the pristine, rich, chernozemic soils of the Portage la Prairie, Manitoba microclimate. Ample fresh water from nearby Lake Manitoba and long warm summer days create ideal conditions for bountiful crops. Our sourcing of only high quality, non-GMO ingredients and our unique process enables Canadian Prairie Garden to stand out as the company that captures the wholesomeness and nutrition of vegetables.
Our breakthrough technology utilizes direct steam injection and a continuous flow process to thoroughly cook and sterilize our purees in a matter of seconds. The natural flavors and the bright colors of our raw ingredients are safeguarded. Third party laboratory analysis provides confidence that the nutrition of raw vegetables is also captured. Prairie Garden purees are FDA, CFIA, Kosher, Halal, and organic certified. Our processing facilities are certified by the FDA and CFIA.
Once processed, Prairie Garden purees are packaged aseptically in pouches (10kg/22lbs), drums (240kg/528lbs), and totes (1300kg/2860lbs) and have a shelf life of 24 months at ambient temperatures (below 27C/80F, without freezing). This eliminates the high energy costs of refrigerated transport and storage facilities.
Canadian Prairie Garden is centrally located in North America. With direct access to major road and rail networks, including routes to shipping ports, you’re never too far away to enjoy the pure, natural goodness of Prairie Garden purees.
